The charter for gender diversity in sport is a condensate: it is a collection of the classic and above all critical issues that are important in the implementation of a sports club for all genders. The charter should be signed by the board of directors on behalf of the members, employees and coaches in the club. By doing so, the club or association declares its intention to address gender diversity and to become a sports club or association for all genders.<\/p>\n

We ourselves, Seitenwechsel, are also signing the charter, because we are also still on the way! It can be a good start to present the Charter at the general meeting and to take a decision there to sign the charter.<\/p>\n

For each of the nine charter points, we have developed a short educational modules to illustrate what is meant and what can be done.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
